Bergolo has been holding this event for some years to promote the simple folks dishes of olden times which are once again becoming popular. The salt road is offering a return to the past by preparing dishes which were once essential peoples survival and today are considered essential for proper nutrition.

From 6pm. to 12pm. in the square there will be many freshly prepared dishes on offer , including fried anchovies, accompanied by good wine. At the end of the event a musical firework display will take place.
