The first was between the summer and the autumn of 2015 with Paul Goodwin, who we will never thank enough for having fully believed in this idea which was also the first real and complex project to enhance the Museum after three years of serious solving and frustrating conservation issues. Then, in 2016, it was the turn of the Dialogue with Sandro Beltramo and, in 2018, of the one with Alessia Zuccarello and Alessandra Barilla (AZAB) who traveled along with many other artists, the Via del Sale in Valle Bormida. The 2017 exhibition absence was a choice due to the fact that Giulio Monteverde, in the year of his centenary, deserved to talk exclusively with himself.
This year the Gipsoteca will dialogue with Alessia Certo and Giulia Vannucci (Didymos) who have succeeded in realizing a common aspiration also for the artists who preceded them, but who had not yet been allowed the museum’s organizational conditions: they conducted a job research for a site-specific exhibition project that found the fundamental collaboration of the artists Jaspal Birdi, Gualtiero Caiafa, Silvia Calvi and Giuseppe Mongiello.

Saturday and Sunday 10.30-12.30 – 15.00-18.00

Visits, for security reasons, are always accompanied or guided: the last entrance to the museum is allowed up to half an hour before closing.
