A week of cookbook workshops will be launched. Alongside Maxence Bohn and Florent Chiappero of the Collectif Etc, international guests of the format, will intervene Giulia Cantaluppi and Matteo Persichino of temporiuso.net, Laura Sottovia and Lorenzo Serra of the Alta Langa Cultural Park Association of Monesiglio, with Banca del Fare, project that aims to combat the marginality of the countries and communities of the Alta Langa by promoting the knowledge and protection of the territory and the built landscape also through advanced training courses aimed at transmitting traditional building techniques, assisted by Andrea Bocco as an external teacher of project. The discussion will shape the first chapter of a publication, the Recipe Book, “practical manual of techniques for collective architecture”, curated by Orizzontale. Each guest will be asked to contribute also with a gastronomic “recipe”, whose preparation, entrusted to the Pro Loco, will be shared with the public.
