The program is as follows: – starting at 18.30, with departure in Piazza Terracini, the II edition of MANGIALONGA-BIO will take place, itinerant tasting with a journey of about 4 km between the hills, with dishes cooked with food and wine products of local producers, included in the Biodistretto Suol d’Aleramo. The route includes a visit with tasting at some Cartosian farms as well as stands of the pro loco of Cartosio, according to the following tasting stages: – aperitif with appetizers; – cured meats, cheeses and honey; – minestrone; – meat with a knife; – sweet; – wines of the territory.  The evening will continue, starting at 21.30, with a show of Occitan dances and music with the group Balacanth. The medieval tower, open to visits, will allow a dip in history and from its summit you can enjoy the splendid panorama of the Erro Valley and the surrounding hills.
