Since 1993, thanks to the “Bergolo: stone country” competition conceived by Romano Vola and aimed at all schools of art in Italy, the village is enriched every year with new murals, paintings and sculptures. Also this year the Municipality of Bergolo announces the competition that was born with the intention of raising awareness and encouraging the attention of young people on the issues of the environment and new cultures near and far and that provides for the selection of up to three works to be placed at open, in a special space allocated in the stone village. The works of the young winning artists will be permanent and will enrich the open-air museum and sculptural park of the municipality.
