The Truffle Festival represents for the town of Millesimo and for the territory of the province of Savona a consolidated event able to attract on the territory flows of visitors interested in a thorough knowledge of this fine product through history and flavors and in its various gastronomic declensions . The event is also an important opportunity for the entire production chain of the territory through which to promote and enhance the local identity, not only through the organization of initiatives related to the theme of truffles, but also on the level of knowledge tout court of the productive resources of the locality and of the context in which the event is inserted.
