Feast of tradition par excellence. Typical dish is the delicious pancakes, made of a fried flour batter in oil, sweet and savory, which originally were cooked with wood stoves. The distribution of pancakes begins in the morning and continue throughout the day; it’s accompanied by a lunch in the square with appetizers piemontesi, polenta with meat sauce and main courses of meat. The event includes the presence of stalls (the banquet) for the sale of various products, musical performances and the opportunity to visit the interior of the medieval tower Cartosio.
