Again this year, in the area of ​​the so-called “Municipal Hall”, with more than 250 indoor places, the traditional “SAGRA DELLO GNOCCO” is back again this year. This year the Festival is characterized by the quality of music for ballet dancers, , But also the gastronomic part will not be neglected, but rather more and more focused on local traditions, having among the appetizers the excellent formaggets of nearby Sciorba (Pareto), among the magnificent roasts provided by the Local butcher shop of Vito Fortunato in Mioglia.

The unstated king of the festival will be the same drizzle, fresh and very good, produced by a craftsman of a neighboring area of ​​the neighboring province of Alexandria, according to traditional local recipes, and seasoned in even more tasty ways:

1) simple tomato sauce, suitable for the young;

2) sausage and meat sauce, provided by the same butchered Vito Fortunato;

3) pesto (with the famous pesto of Prà);

4) the singular and very good “ash” sauce with pâté of olives, cream and gorgonzola

5) and finally, the ever-present version “to the bava”.
