As part of Open Castles, guided tours of the Castello di Monastero Bormida. The visit begins along the outer perimeter of the Castle to understand the location and history of the structure over the centuries. Then one enters the interior, on the noble floors, whose rooms, transformed in the seventeenth century, have mosaic floors and vaulted and frescoed ceilings frescoed with floral and geometric motifs. The salons will host the peasant museum, soon to open. The visit continues with the walkways on the top and ends in the spacious cellars. Guided tours departing at 3.00pm, 4.00pm, 5.00pm, 6.00pm.
