At the XVIth edition, the event is held under the patronage of the Province of Asti, the Montana Community and the Cassa di Risparmio di Asti Foundation, and on April 08, 2010, the High Patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Policy Forestry. It is of great importance that this exhibition is an occasion for meeting salesmen and butchers.
